Poetry and Healing : Writing Your Inner Landscape

A 6-week online summer workshop in which you will learn to deeply listen and write from the heart. These workshops are a form of self-nurturing, rich sharing, truth seeking, holding each other’s stories in a tender way and allowing the nuance of our inner landscape to unfold visibly on the page.

Poetry can facilitate transformation as it creates a language which can hold emotional weight and personal exploration. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up and be open.

$200 for 6 week course, Thursday evenings, 6pm EST.
