::: thresholds ::: an spring equinox day retreat
March 23, 2019 @ 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Join yoga teacher and somatic and expressive arts therapist, Maeve Hendrix, and poetry therapist, wildcrafter, and writer, Mary Ellen Lough, for a half day retreat. Threshold retreats are a time to create needed ritual between the cycles of the year and the natural movements of the body and heart. It is time to navigate transition, find balance, metabolize the lessons of the past and welcome the unfolding to come. It is at once to nourish, to cleanse, and to hold. To simultaneously root deeply and extend towards the sun through movement, somatics, active imagining, poetry, yoga, expressive arts and creative writing.
This retreat will include all materials, tea, drinks, vegetarian snacks, and instruction. Early bird pricing $89 through March 1. $100 tuition afterwards.
